Psion Attack 2021

Survive waves of Psion Raiders intent on destroying your home planet of Xargon 2956743. It's just you, your ship and your trusty lasers against the raiders. But don't shoot those space mines!

This game is an entry for the RVG/Phoenixware Cassette 50 charity competition. All code must reside below $1000 in memory. 

This is a remake of Psion Attack on the original version of the Cassette 50 shovelware compilation.

v1.1: Tweaked collision detection. Extra life now every 5,000. More mines!

I like the game. But I think I found a typo on the game over screen. It says "press mire" instead of "press fire".

Hi Nikki, thanks for playing,

I think it's a side-effect of trying to squeeze the code in below $1000 in memory. Something in the C64 system seems to over-write a byte of the text - I wasn't able to isolate what it was. In the tape release I think the code will be relocated so it doesn't happen.
